Linx Consulting adds Team Member in Asia
Boston, Mass., August 14, 2014 —Linx Consulting, the premier consultant to the electronic materials industry, has added a new team member in Asia. Based in Taipei, Taiwan, Andy Tuan will be managing director of Asia for Linx.
As managing director of Asia, Mr. Tuan will be involved in research programs throughout the region in addition to maintaining regular contact with Linx clients, as he is fluent in Mandarin, English and Japanese.

His industry insights and perspectives have immediately made him an important part of the Linx team,” stated Mike Corbett, Managing Partner at Linx Consulting.

Mr. Tuan brings a wealth of semiconductor industry experience in the Asian market to Linx Consulting. Prior to joining Linx, Andy was director of strategic marketing for Air Products Global Electronics Division, where he focused on semiconductor, photovoltaic, LCD, LED, and other emerging electronics industry segments. Andy was also manager of the electronics business in China at Air Products and global product manager in the company's electronics specialty material group at the US headquarters.
Mr. Tuan joined Air Products Asia in 1996 where he built and led the regional electronics commercial team in Taipei. In this capacity, he worked with major device producers on the establishment and integration of an intra-Asia electronics supply network of manufacturing vendors, affiliate companies, strategic business partners and channel distributors across Asia. He also lead several semiconductor and solar cell project activities in Southeast Asia and India as fab business development manager for the company.
Before Air Products, Mr. Tuan worked in sales, marketing and product development in other global electronics device and electronics materials companies including Fujitsu in Japan, Merck-Kanto Advanced Chemicals in Taiwan, and Merck KGaA, Germany.
